Vision

Our ultimate goal is to become the leading independent partner for the development of customised solutions in carbide in throughout Europe.
Since our foundation in 1980, we have developed from a pure manufacturer into a broadly diversified and internationally active company. In doing so, we focus on innovation, precision and high technology. Our product range, like the company as a whole, has undergone constant development. Whereas in the past we mainly produced solid carbide rods for the tool industry, today we offer our customers and partners not only a comprehensive product range, but above all, customised solutions for their individual needs. Under the motto "we live for challenges", we want to further expand this competence and develop into Europe's leading independent partner for customised solutions made of carbide.

We want to make our customers better through our products and services.
Customers from the very beginning, such as the Swiss-based micromechanics industries, have always demanded high precision. EXTRAMET has met these requirements for tolerances and accuracy from the outset. Quality and reliability are therefore terms that are of central importance in our corporate philosophy. When developing application-optimised special products, we focus on performance, costs and delivery service. In doing so, we are not content with merely fulfilling our customers' requirements. Rather, we want to exceed their expectations of our products as well as of our services and thus contribute to strengthening our customers' competitiveness in the market.

Customer-focused, innovative, sustainable
We know the needs of the market by maintaining close and personal contact with our customers. Supported by training and further education, a transparent internal exchange of knowledge as well as partnerships with established tool manufacturers, technical universities and colleges, we increase our own expertise. This enables us to understand our customers' applications and requirements even better, to jointly develop solutions with added value and, at the same time, to sustainably use their innovative power for our own continuous improvement process, whilst simultaneously taking into account our corporate, personal, social and ecological responsibility.This is a very long sentence but I added a bit more to make it less disjointed.
